Set up times will generally be between 9pm and 2am before your big day! Take down times will be after 9pm on the day of the event. Times can be adjusted depending on the availability of your rented items. We can work together on this.

We offer FREE set-up service in the cities of Niagara Falls, Thorold, St. Catharines, Welland, Fort Erie, Crystal Beach and Pelham. Port Colborne, Lincoln and Grimsby areas are available at an extra charge of $30.00 Plus HST per set up. SEE MAP

We have limited stock in our themed set-ups so they are first come, first serve for available dates. BOOK NOW

Having a weekend celebration? No problem. Our cards can be rented for a second consecutive day for a $65 plus HST fee, subject to availability.

Payment is required at booking time in order to confirm/hold your reservation. We accept secure payments via e-Transfer and Square. Bookings will not be confirmed until your payment is successfully processed.

*Please do not allow anyone to tamper with or re-arrange the display. You are responsible for missing or damaged items and will be invoiced in the event of loss or damage.

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT remove the signs from the ground.

When possible, please water your lawn for 20 minutes on the day of the installation. Cards will ONLY be installed on grass or in soil.

Card Up The Yard and all representatives are Not Responsible or Liable for any damage or injury that may incur to any person or personal property including property damage during the set-up, placement or removal of our sign displays.

REFUND POLICY

​If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/3 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date based on our availability.

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up the lawn displays. Inclement weather includes: lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Acts of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. You would receive a full refund if this were to occur.

No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address, the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display, denied access to setup due to a gated community or animals that prevent the display from being set up.

PRIVACY POLICY

Sometimes Mother Nature does not like to co-operate! If we cannot set-up a display due to extreme weather conditions such as very high winds, thunderstorms, blizzards or a hard freeze to the ground (where we could not get our stands in the ground) you would receive a FULL refund.
